The Root Hill Burgers are designed to blend these delicious ingredients with inspiration from our roots..there are influences from the Mediterranean, Australia, Asia, Latin America, Northern Europe, and of course, New York City!

The meat is sourced locally from Los Paisano's of Brooklyn.  The beef mix is a proprietary blend of Short Rib and Brisket from responsibly raised animals. The rolls are brought in fresh daily from the acclaimed Amy's Bread,  and the fruit and vegetables are also brought in daily, so everything is as fresh as can be! 

Our goal is to offer something familiar, the burger, but in a very special way. Our Chef has designed each of these burgers to taste great, be visually appealing, and texturally surprising. We also want you to actually taste the meat, the bread, and the toppings.
